This rental model suits clients who already have their own foreman or site supervisor and just need additional heavy equipment with an operator, without contracting a full earthworks package from scratch.

Rental Stages

Our excavator rental process is designed to get a unit working on site quickly, without heavy paperwork, while staying controlled on the technical and safety side.

• Needs consultation. The client shares the type of work, area size, site condition, and estimated rental duration, forming the basis for selecting the right excavator class.
• Scheduling & unit delivery. The unit and operator are scheduled for the agreed start date, delivered using our own trailer fleet from the Heavy Equipment Expedition unit.
• On-site check. The operator and the client's site lead do a joint check before the unit starts work, confirming the work area is safe and free of risky underground utilities.
• Work execution. The operator works per the client's foreman/supervisor direction, with daily operating hours logged as the basis for rental billing.
• Handover & unit pickup. Once the rental period ends, the unit is checked before being pulled back, and completed work is handed over to the client.

Our operators follow standard workplace-safety practices in active project areas, coordinating with the client's own safety (K3) team on site when required. Before work starts, the work area is checked for hazards such as underground utilities, slopes at risk of collapse, or unsafe distance from other workers near the unit. Operators also use standard personal protective equipment and follow safe operating procedures, including keeping the unit's working radius clear of people or structures nearby.
